摘　　要：随着我国研究生教育的不断发展,专业学位研究生培养的比重也在不断扩大,专业学位研究生的个性化要求更是成为摆在高等教育工作者面前的重要问题。通过问卷的方法对专业学位研究生实践能力结构进行了实证研究,得到了包含27项实践能力基本要素,获得了包含适应能力、创新能力、工作能力等三维度专业学位研究生实践能力结构。专业学位研究生实践能力结构的研究不仅丰富了实践能力研究,而且为未来的专业学位研究生实践课程的制定、实践环节的设置以及实践能力培养提供了重要的参考依据。With the practice ability of graduates of professional degree as the reserach object,the thesis studies the components of practice ability of professional degree graduates and the following innovative results are achieved by using questionnaire, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis ,extension evaluation and structural equation analysis as well as other methods.Components of the practice ability of professional degree graduates, including 27 abilities ,the structure of practice ability of professional degree graduates composing of adaptive ability,innovative ability and working ability is establishefd.
