显微超声技术处理阻塞根管的临床观察

摘　　要：目的采用显微镜联合超声器械对阻塞根管进行处理,对其处理的临床效果进行分析。方法河南赛思口腔医院在2011年5月—2012年12月期间,一共收治了472个阻塞根管。在显微镜下使用专用超声器械对根管进行通畅治疗,进行根管再通畅治疗,对成功率进行统计。结果在这472个阻塞根管中,其中有356个根管成功的进行了再通畅,成功率为75.4%;对患者进行钙化根管再通,成功率为71.7%;成功取出根管桩的几率为100%。对患者进行塑化根管的再治疗成功率为62.5%。成功取根管内的充填物的几率为84.1%。结论采用显微镜联合超声器械对阻塞根管进行处理,治疗效果非常显著,在临床上是一种很好的治疗方法。Objective To using microscope and ultrasonic instruments in root canal occlusion handling, analyze and dis cuss the clinical effect of the treatment. Methods In our hospital in 2011 May 2012 year during December,a total of 472 blocked canals were. The use of ultrasonic instruments in root canal therapy was smooth under a microscope, the root canal patency treatment,the statistics of the success rate. Results In these 472 blocked canals,of which there 356 root canal were carried out successfully and smoothly ,the success rate was 75.4% ; Calcification of endodontic retreatment of patients,the success rate was 71.7% ; The probability of success of separation equipment for 81.1% ; Odds of success out of root pile was 100%. For treatment of resinified root canals success rate was 62. 5% for patients. Probability of suc cess filling root canal for 84. 1%. Conclusion Using microscope and ultrasonic instruments for obstructed root canal treatment, the treatment effect is significant, is a good treatment method in clinic.
