鼻咽癌EB病毒感染与白介素6表达的研究

摘　　要：目的:为了探讨EB病毒潜在膜蛋白—1(LMP—1)和白介素6(IL—6)与鼻咽癌(NPC)的关系。方法:应用原位杂交免疫组化技术对41例NPC中的LMP—1和IL—6进行检测。结果:2例鳞癌,19例低分化鳞癌,6例未分化癌和10例泡状核细胞癌LMP—1阳性。在41例鼻咽癌中有38例IL—6阳性表达,而24例癌旁组织IL—6阳性21例。结论:LMP—1和IL—6与NPC发生发展有关。Objective:To study the relationship between the expression of EB virus latent membrane protein-1 (LMP-1) and interleukin - 6( IL - 6) and nasopharynral carcinoma( NPC). Methods: Immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization were used to detect LMP - 1 and IL - 6 in 41 cases of NPC. Results: LMP - 1 was found in 2 cases of keratinization squamous cell carcinoma, 19 cases of low differentiated squamous cell carcinoma, 6 cases of undifferentiated carcinoma and 10 cases of vesico - nuclear cell carcino-ma. 38 cases showed positive expression of IL - 6 among 41 cases NPC and 21 cases showed positive among 24 cases of carcinoma matched adjacent tissue. Conclusion: It is suggested that occurence and development of NPC are related with the expression of LMP -1 andIL-6.
