摘  要:建立微波消解-高分辨连续光源石墨炉原子吸收光谱法,快速顺序测定白豆蔻中Cu,Cd,Pb,Mn和Al这5种微量元素的方法。通过选择合适的分析谱线和基体改进剂,有效地消除了干扰。在选定的工作条件下,测定白豆蔻中Cu,Cd,Pb,Mn,Al的含量分别为9.59,0.134,0.363,249.8,624.4μg/g;加标回收率分别为103.0%,106.4%,99.7%,95.6%,96.4%;仪器的检出限分别为1.22,0.077,1.53,0.614,1.54ng/mL;该法的精密度(RSD)均<3.7%。该方法快速、准确、稳定、污染少,具有较高的实用价值,为食品中多元素快速顺序检测提供了科学依据。An effective method is developed for sequential rapid determination of five trace elements in Fructus Amomi Rotundus by microwave digestion-high resolution continuum source graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The interferences are eliminated effectively by appropriate ana- lytical spectral lines and matrix modifiers. Under the selected work conditions, the contents of Cu, Cd, Pb, Mn, Al in Fructus Amoral Rotundus are 9.59, 0. 134, 0.363, 249.8, 624.4 μg/g respective- ly, the recoveries are 103.0%, 106.4%, 99.7%, 95.6%, 96.4% respectively, the detection limits of the instrument are 1.22, 0. 077, 1.53, 0. 614, 1.54 ng/mL respectively by this method, the precision relative standard deviations are all less than 3.7%. Therefore, this method is rapid, accurate, stable and with less pollution, and it has high practical value. It has provided scientific basis for sequential rapid determination of many trace elements in food.
