摘　　要：对近10a来组织培养技术、基因转化技术和分子标记辅助选择技术在改善亚麻品质方面的研究以及将传统育种与现代基因工程技术相结合为培育高产、优质、抗逆的亚麻研究等进展进行了综述,并对研究中存在的问题进行了讨论和展望。The research progress of flax quality improvement by the technique of tissue culture, genetic transformation and molecular marker assistant selection in the recent decades were reviewed. The technology of conventional breeding combined with modern genetic engineering to breed flax with high yield, high quality, resistance was summarized, and the problems existed in the research were discussed and prospected.
