摘　　要：会聚技术是高度融合的新技术,是高技术发展的最高阶段,亦是具有高度道德风险的新技术。会聚技术在提升人类能力的同时,也正在掀开"潘多拉之盒"。会聚技术将严峻挑战传统社会人类的道德底线,甚至会对传统道德进行颠覆性改变。会聚技术衍生的最大道德难题是种属伦理难题;其次是可能撼动传统道德谱系,引发社会伦理秩序混乱,并导致生态伦理秩序的解构。因此,须构建"公众-企业-政府-全球"的会聚技术主体的伦理新秩序。The Converging Technology is a high degree of integration of the new technology, is the highest stage of development of high-tech and new technology is also highly moral hazard. Converging technology to enhance human capacity, and also opened a ＂Pandora＇s box＂. The converging tech- nology serious challenge traditional social human moral bottom line, even traditional moral subversive change. The maximum moral dilemmas converg- ing technologies derived species ethical dilemmas; may shake the traditional moral pedigree, triggering the the social ethics disorder, and cause eco- logical deconstruction of the ethical order. Therefore, it is required to build a new order of the main ethical ＂Public-business-government -global ＂ convergence technology.
