摘　　要：利用反映自然科学领域较高水平的论文(SCI和EI)作为科研产出指标,对我国高职高专学校1981—2011年发表于被收录在SCI和EI自然科学论文的年度分布、学科分布、学科结构及优势、机构分布、影响力指标、被引次数分布及基金资助分布进行定量研究,揭示高职高专学校自然科学研究论文的产出能力、影响力和在全国高校自然科学研究中的地位及其变化状况,在此基础上提出结论与建议。We take the high level natural science papers （SCI and EI） as indicators Of research output, and make researches on the natural science papers of vocational schools in China, which were published and included in SCI and EI from 1981 to 2011, such as annual distribution, geographical distribution, subject distribution, advantages of the subject struc- ture, institutional distribution, impact indicators, cited number of distribution and the distribution of articles that fund sponsored, then reveal the vocational schools＇ ability of published natural science papers, the influence, the state and the changing status of R ＆ D capability of the universities in China. On this basis, we get the conclusions and make the recommendations.
