浅议我国会展卫星账户的创建

摘　　要：我国会展业统计存在散、乱问题,不利于对会展业的评估、管理和发展。创建我国会展卫星账户,可以推动建立统一的会展业统计制度,突破国民核算核心账户及旅游卫星账户的局限性,有利于科学测度会展业贡献,有助于引导产业结构调整。为此需要从以下几方面入手:成立会展卫星账户创建工作协调小组,建立针对会展业统计工作的利益引导机制,构建会展卫星账户的指标体系,加强卫星账户实践开发及知识培训,引入专业审计机构等基础性工作。In China, statistics of MICE industry is scattered and disordered, which is not good for investigating and management of MICE industry. Establishment of National MICE Satellite Account can evaluate contribution and impact of MICE industry more scientifically, which is beneficial for promoting economic growth. There are some basic works to do in the process of establishment of National MICE Satellite Account in China, such as establishing a coordination working group about National MICE Satellite Account, establishing statistical indicator system of National MICE Satellite Account, strengthening the training of Satellite Account, and introducing third organization of audit, etc.
