摘　　要：根据指标选取的客观性、有效性、可得性及可计算性等基本原则,初步构建创业环境综合评价指标体系;运用主成分分析法对我国31个省、直辖市、自治区(我国香港、澳门、台湾地区除外)的创业环境进行综合评价分析,研究得出我国各省(市、区)创业环境不平衡,呈现"金字塔"状的结论;依据各省(市、区)间创业环境的问题和不足,提出完善创业环境的对策和建议。This paper, according to the objectivity of the index selection efficiency and availability of computability basic principles, sets up entrepreneurship environment comprehensive evaluation index system, and uses the principal component analysis method to analyze 31 provinces business environment in China's Mainland （in addition to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan）. The results show that China entrepreneurship environments in the provinces and regions concerned are unbalanced and present pyramid shape. According to the problems and defects, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve business environment.
