大黄浸液对感染根管内厌氧菌的作用

摘　　要：目的 :观察大黄浸液对感染根管内厌氧菌的作用效果。方法 :用大黄浸液作为根管消毒剂 ,对感染根管进行消毒并与临床常用消毒剂甲醛甲酚进行比较 ,同时还进行了协同药敏试验。结果 :大黄浸液具有较好的抗菌作用 ,与甲醛甲酚有较好的协同作用。结论 :大黄浸液具有刺激性小、口感好、抗菌谱广泛、毒副作用甚低等优点 ,其价格低廉 ,易获得 ,易制备 。Objective:To observe the antibacterial effect of Rubarb liquiolextract on anaerobes in the infectious root canal.Methad:Applying Rubarb liquidextract as a disinfactant to disinfect the infectious canal and it effectireness was campared to that of formacresol solution, a clinicaly common used disinfections.The synergic drug sensitive test was also performed simultaneously.Result:Rubarb liquidextract was shown to have a satifactorily antibacterial effect which was clearly synergized with formo cresol solution.Conclusion:The finding shows that Rubarb liguidextract has properties of less irritation,good oral perception,broad spetrum of antibacterial effect and low toxic side effect,and low cost as well as easy to obtain and prepare.It is proved a good disinfectant for infectious root canal and to have bright future of application.
