摘 要:本文运用内容分析法对217篇关于中国企业文化建设的案例文章进行了研究。研究发现样本企业对人员、规制、活动、器物、语言五类企业文化载体的应用缺乏系统性,表现在对人员类、语言类载体不够重视,对管理人员、人力资源管理、行为规范、仪式性活动、故事等重要的企业文化载体不够重视;不同性质企业对CEO、制度、活动、媒体等载体的重视程度有显著差异。论文分析了存在这些问题的原因并提出了对策建议。The content analysis on 217 case articles about the construction of corporate culture in China reveals the status quo of the application of corporate culture carriers. The results show that five categories of carriers, which are people, management system, activities, artifacts and language, have not been systematically applied. The carriers of people and language have not drawn much attention. Several important carriers including managers, human resource management, behavior norms, rites and stories have not been mentioned by most of the articles. The application of CEO, systems, activities and media by state-owned, private and other enterprises are different significantly. The reasons for the phenomena and implications for practice are discussed.
