摘 要:目的探讨病例教学法在临床护理教学中的可行性和教学效果。方法以外科护理学(第四版)为教学蓝本,将护理1003班学生作为实验组,采用病例教学法;护理1004班作为对照组采用传统教学法,并进行成绩分析和问卷调查。结果实验组的期中和期末考试成绩高于对照组(p〈0.05);主观评价指标,实验组学生均认为病例教学效果优于传统教学效果(p〈0.05)。结论病例教学法与传统教学法相比,在调动学生的学习兴趣、培养学习的积极性、主动性和提高教学质量上有明显优势。Objective to investigate the feasibility of case teaching method in clinical nursing teaching and teaching effect. Methods Surgical Nursing (Fourth Edition) teaching model, the nursing students of class 1003 as the experimental group, case teaching method; nursing class 1004 as the control group with traditional teaching method, and the results analysis and questionnaire survey. Results in the experimetal group, midterm and final exam scores higher than the control group (p〈0.05) ; subjective evaluation index, the students in the experi- mental group were found to be superior to case teaching effect of traditional teaching method (p〈0.05). Compared with the traditional teaching method and conclusion of case teaching method, to mobilize the students interest in learning, cultivate the positive, initiative in learning and improve teaching quality have obvious advantages.
