摘 要:目的:观察以病人为中心的护患沟通在中年患者胃镜检查中的作用。方法:640例胃镜检查患者随机分为对照组和护患沟通组。对照组采用传统沟通方式,护患沟通组进行以病人为中心的护患沟通,记录患者生理、心理反应和胃镜检查成功率。结果:对照组和护患沟通组患者均能一次性完成胃镜检查。与对照组比较,护患沟通组患者的体位摆放时间、胃镜检查时间均缩短,对胃镜检查的满意度高。胃镜检查时,护患沟通组患者的血压、脉搏较对照组平稳,心理状态优于对照组。结论:以病人为中心的护患沟通是中年患者顺利进行胃镜检查的一种有效沟通方式。Objective. In care of middle-age patients with gastroscopy, to investigate the role of pa- tient-centered communication between nurse and patients. Methods. 640 cases undergoing gastros-copy were divided into control group (CG) (PNCG). Traditional communication was and patient-ce applied in CG, ntered nurse-patient communication group while patient-centered nurse-patient corn- munication was carried out for PNCG. The psychological status, psychological reaction and success rate of gastroscopy However, the settli were recorded. Results: All cases in CG and PNCG succeeded at the first time. ng time and endoscopy time in PNCG were significantly shorter than CG. Mean- while, compared with CG, there was increased satisfaction in PNCG. During gastroscopy, the pa- tients in PNCG showed more stable blood pressure and pulse, as well as better psychological states. Conclusion:Nurse-patient communication based on patient-center is an effective way in gastroscopy of middle-age patients.
