摘　　要：目的：分析乳腺浸润性导管癌Ｘ线钼靶检查特征，提高浸润性导管癌的影像学诊断水平。方法：１０５例乳腺 浸润性导管癌经手术病理证实。分别摄乳腺Ｘ线钼靶轴、侧位及腋窝斜位片，观察浸润性导管癌影像学特征及腋窝淋巴 结表现。结果：①肿块：边缘不规则，分叶、毛刺、星芒状及肿块周围细小结节等（９７．１％）；②钙化：细沙粒样、短小梭形、细 条样呈团簇状（５１．４％）；③腋窝淋巴结肿大：形态不规则、分叶、边界不清、密度均匀（６０％）。结论：Ｘ线钼靶检查是诊断乳 腺浸润性导管癌最基本的影像学方法，对评估腋窝淋巴结转移有重要的参考价值，有助于临床制定合理的治疗方案。Objective: To analyse the mammographic characteristics with molybdenum target tube in infitrative ductal carcinoma (IDC) of the breast. Methods: 105 cases of IDC which confirmed by surgical pathology were performed molybdenum mammography with axial, lateral and oblique plane. The imaging charateristics of IDC and the findings of axillary nodes were observed and analyzed. Results: ①Mass,which appeared irregular, lobular,spur,star in shape and was surrounded by small nodes (97.1%).②Calcifcation which showed sandy, short sprindle, slender and clustered (51 .4%). ③Enlargemeat of axillaxy lymph nodes which appeared irregular and lobular in shape,with hazy oufline and homogenous density (60%) . Conclusion: Molybdenum mammography is a basic imaging method for the diag- nosis of IDC. It is of great value in evaluation of axillaiy nodes metastasis and is helpful to make a reasonable surgical planning.
