摘　　要：实施高校收费政策使中国的高等教育并入了高教国际化的趋势,在校生人数的巨增与教育质量的滑坡之间矛盾的存在,给我国高等教育深化改革带来了空间与内容。十几年的改革中,政策法规的不够完善、培养方式上过多的共性、素质教育的形式化与表面化、教育评价中的机械化与教条化等,这些都是我国高等教育所面临的关健问题。The University tuition policy makes Chinese higher education into the higher education internationalization trend.The contra diction between the huge increase of number of students and education quality landside brings space and content to deepen the reform of higher education in China.These are the key issues of China’s higher education such as policies and regulations not perfect,training way too much in common,formal and surface of quality education,mechanical and dogmatic in education evaluation and so on the reform for more than ten years.
