摘 要:为了更加科学地开展电力事故应急预案评估工作.提出一种基于物元的电力事故应急预案评估方法.构建了电力事故应急预案评估指标体系,明确了各评估指标的涵义;建立了电力事故应急预案评估的物元分析模型,应用物元可拓集方法来构造物元矩阵;通过计算待评估物元与各经典物元和节域物元的关联度,确定应急预案的等级级别.研究结果表明:物元分析法用于电力事故应急预案评估,使评估结果更为客观、合理,所开发出的软件评估系统也可在电力事故应急预案评估工作广泛应用.In order to conduct a more scientific assessment on an electricity emergency plan,an electricity emergency plan assessment method based on matter-element is proposed in this paper.Firstly the electricity emergency plan assessment indicators system is constructed and the assessment indicators are explicitly defined.Secondly,a matter-element analytical model for electricity emergency plan assessment is established,and the matter-element matrix is also constructed according to the matter-element and extension set.Finally,by calculating related degrees of the assessment matter elements and the classic materials,the level of the emergency plan is then determined.The case study results show that the application of the matter-element method in the power emergency plan assessment provides a more objective,rational result.Therefore,the software evaluation system developed can also be widely applied on power emergency plan assessment.
