摘　　要：针对网购环境下随机性和延期性影响订单履约的问题.在(Q,R)库存模型的基础上,加入代发履约订单的选项,假设客户需求和订单提前期不确定,客户分为高级和低级两个等级,在确保高级客户的优先权的基础上,设置了一种订单配置策略.采用蒙特卡洛模拟方法,计算特定条件下利润最大化阀值,并对不同客户的订单需求变化对利润最大化阀值的影响进行了灵敏度分析.结果表明:此方法提高了利润和客户服务水平.随机性因素的变动对利润最大化阀值有显著影响.Aiming at ensuring the customer order fulfillment rate under a stochastic and delayed online shopping environment,a threshold is set on the（Q,R） inventory model,which can maximize the expected profit,and add a drop-shipping option.When a demand process is stochastic and a lead-time is stochastic,customers are divided into two grades,and online retailers can use ＂drop-shipping＂ as an order fulfillment option.The Monte Carlo simulation method is used to calculate the maximum profit threshold,and gives a sensitivity analysis for the different demands between different customers.The results indicate the threshold strategy improves the online retailer’s customer service level and expected profit.In addition,the random factors have significant influence on the profit maximization threshold.
