摘 要:为了研究截齿截割煤岩的动态破坏过程,提出采用离散元法进行截齿截割煤岩的仿真分析.根据截割头结构建立了相应的离散元模型,采用二维圆盘颗粒建立了煤岩的离散元模型,通过接触和连接力学模型计算截割过程中的作用力.在此基础上,通过VC++6.0编写了离散元仿真计算程序,借助MFC建立友好的人机交互界面,实现了截齿截割煤岩工作过程的离散元仿真.通过对截割角为45°条件下的截齿截割煤岩进行仿真,结果初步证明了采用离散元法的可行性,为截齿截割过程分析和截齿的优化设计提供了一种新的研究手段.Adopting Discrete Element Method(DEM),to research the dynamic breaking process of cutting coal were put forward in this paper.The DEM analysis model of a two-dimensional cutting head was established through its CAD model,the analysis model of coal was too established with two-dimensional disc particles,and the contact and connection mechanics model were used to calculate contact force in cutting process.On this basis,the simulation calculation program of DEM with VC++6.0 was complied,and the friendly man-machine interface by means of MFC was too established,which realized the simulation of DEM in the process of cutting coal.Through adopting the cutting angle of 45-degree,the simulation of cutting coal was analyzed by using the DEM.The feasibility of DEM was validated,and provided a new method for analyzing the process of cutting coal and digital design of conical pick.
