摘　　要：目的了解某三级医院专业学位研究生临床能力培养方面的需求,为改进管理模式提供参考。方法自行设计问卷,对60名专业学位研究生进行临床能力培养需求的调查,调查内容包括临床培养时间需求、临床能力培养需求、临床培训需求等。结果共收回有效问卷58份,有效回收率为96.7%,调查显示,专业学位研究生临床能力培养需求较大。结论现阶段专业学位研究生临床能力培养力度不足,与需求相差较大,需采取相关措施,加强临床能力的培养。Objective To investigate the needs of clinical ability training of professional degree postgraduate and provide reference for the relative management. Methods 60 postgraduates were investigated with question- naires for the needs of the clinical training time, contents of clinical ability and clinical training. Results Records of 58 questionnaires were valid, the recovery rate was 96.7%. The needs of clinical training of professional degree postgraduate were strong. Conclusions The present clinical ability training cannot satisfy the real need of professional degree postgraduate, so we should take some measures to improve the training of their clinical abilities.
