摘  要:目的了解医学生对医学职业素养的认知及对医学人才培养的期望。方法采用随机抽样方法,选择大二以上不同专业的本科生和研究生,共550名作为调研对象。运用赋分值法了解医学生的职业素养认知。结果医学生对职业素养中的知识技能优秀、医德信念坚定、敬业精神较重视,而对交流沟通、科学精神、人文素养相对轻视;医学生对职业素养的自我预期和评价较高;医学生对学校在基础理论知识、临床操作和技能方面培养措施较满意(45.3%~50.5%),但也期望增加有关医学职业素养的宣传和熏陶。结论医学生的职业素养教育是培养卓越医学人才的基础。为此,只有转变医学职业素养的认知、创新医学职业素养的培养方式、探索新路径,才能培养卓越医学人才。Objective To understand the current situation of medical students' cognition on medical professional qualification and expectation of cultivation. Methods Questionnaires were surveyed in 550 second - year -orover undergraduates and postgraduates in different majors. The samples were gained by random sampling. Compare the different cognition on the criteria of professional qualification, with the method of counting scores. Re- suits Medical students paid more attention to excellent knowledge and skills, medical ethics belief and profession- al dedication while less to communication, scientific spirit and humanistic quality. Medical students always evaluate themselves highly on self - expectation and self - assessment of professional quality. Most medical students (45.3% - 50.5% ) were satisfied with the ways to cultivate basic speculative knowledge, clinical operations and skills training, while they still hope more publicize of medical professional qualification. Conclusion Medical pro- fessional qualification education for medical students is the basis of cultivation of preeminent medical talents. Therefore, only transforming the cognition for medical professional qualification, innovating the cultivation methods and exploring new approaches could bring out preeminent medical talents.
