摘  要:提出了一种基于双闭环控制系统的60kA高准确度直流大电流计量参考标准.该标准的控制系统由偏置绕组回路和反馈绕组回路组成,偏置绕组回路自动提供90%以上的二次平衡电流,对系统进行安匝平衡,而剩余的不到10%的电流由反馈绕组回路自动跟踪,实现对系统的全自动精密跟踪平衡.该参考标准具有自校和互校的功能.双重磁屏蔽加双重电屏蔽的四重屏蔽结构保证了参考标准的高准确度.提出了直流大电流参考标准量值溯源的理论依据、测试原理和测试方法,经过实验测试以及自校和互校的不确定度评定,该直流大电流计量参考标准的电流变比准确度能达到5×10-6.A high precision 60 kA metering reference standard for heavy direct current based on dual-loop control system was developed.The control system was composed of the bias winding circuit and the feedback winding circuit.More than 90% of the secondary balance current was provided automatically by the bias winding circuit to realize system ampere-turns balance.The rest secondary balance current was provided automatically by the feedback winding circuit to realize precision tracking balance.The reference standard had the ability to self-calibrate or mutual-calibrate.The double electricity and double magnetic shielding structure were used to obtain a high precision.The theoretical basis,test principle and methods of traceability were proposed.The experimental tests were carried out and the uncertainty of self-calibration and mutual-calibration were evaluated.Results show that the current ratio accuracy of this metering reference standard can reach as high as 5×10^-6.
