摘　　要：目前，毒品犯罪活动日益严重，犯罪手段灵活多变、隐蔽性极强，新型毒品不断涌现并成为主流，大案要案增多，暴力对抗程度不断升级。中国政府一贯严厉打击各类毒品犯罪活动，虽取得了一定成效，但我国面临的毒品犯罪形势仍不容乐观。结合一手数据资料，通过实证研究和理论研究等方法，对我国以西南边境毒品犯罪为主进行分析，提出打击我国边境地区毒品犯罪的对策和建议。Currently, the drug-related criminal activities are increasingly serious, criminal means used by drug dealers are more and more flexible and highly covert, new drugs are constantly emerging and become the main-stream, the major and critical cases are increasing, and the degrees of violent confrontations continuously escalate. The Chinese government has been taking serious measures to crack down on all kinds of drug - related criminal activ-ities, and achieved a lot, but the situation of drug - related crimes in our country is not yet optimistic. Based on the first - hand data and by means of empirical and theoretical studies, this paper examines the status of drug - related crimes in Chinese border areas, and their causes, characteristics and development trends, and puts forwards some countermeasures and suggestions to combat them.
