人工蛹虫草不同菌株菌丝形态与其虫草素含量关系

摘　　要：对4个不同来源人工蛹虫草菌株进行平板试验,在培养条件相同情况下,观察比较其生长情况;对相同菌龄不同菌株菌丝体所含虫草素进行超声波提取。结果表明:峰面积与虫草素含量呈良好的线性关系,精密度高,其中菌株YJ113菌丝体虫草素含量最高,为0.505%,其次为菌株YJ111、YJ114,最低的是YJ112,仅0.097%;菌丝湿重依次为YJ113>YJ111>YJ114>YJ112;不同蛹虫草菌株菌丝湿重与其虫草素含量呈正相关关系。Treadmill test was performed on the source of four strains of Cordyceps militaris,and under the same of culture conditions,their growth was observed and compared;Cordycepin was obtained by ultrasonic extraction from different strains of mycelia with the same age.The results showed that： the peak area and the cordycepin content showed good linearity and high precision.The content of the Cordyceps mycelium YJ11-3 is the highest,0.505%,followed by YJ11-1 and YJ11-4,and YJ11-2 is the lowest,only 0.097%;Wet weight of mycelia is ordered as YJ11-3YJ11-1YJ11-4YJ11-2;Wet weight and content of the Cordyceps mycelium is proportional to each other.
