摘  要:对4个不同来源人工蛹虫草菌株进行平板试验,在培养条件相同情况下,观察比较其生长情况;对相同菌龄不同菌株菌丝体所含虫草素进行超声波提取。结果表明:峰面积与虫草素含量呈良好的线性关系,精密度高,其中菌株YJ113菌丝体虫草素含量最高,为0.505%,其次为菌株YJ111、YJ114,最低的是YJ112,仅0.097%;菌丝湿重依次为YJ113>YJ111>YJ114>YJ112;不同蛹虫草菌株菌丝湿重与其虫草素含量呈正相关关系。Treadmill test was performed on the source of four strains of Cordyceps militaris,and under the same of culture conditions,their growth was observed and compared;Cordycepin was obtained by ultrasonic extraction from different strains of mycelia with the same age.The results showed that: the peak area and the cordycepin content showed good linearity and high precision.The content of the Cordyceps mycelium YJ11-3 is the highest,0.505%,followed by YJ11-1 and YJ11-4,and YJ11-2 is the lowest,only 0.097%;Wet weight of mycelia is ordered as YJ11-3YJ11-1YJ11-4YJ11-2;Wet weight and content of the Cordyceps mycelium is proportional to each other.
