摘  要:以柑橘籽为原料,研究柑橘籽类柠檬苦素亚临界水萃取提取工艺及体外抗肿瘤作用。采用亚临界水提取柑橘籽类柠檬苦素,利用响应面分析法优化其提取工艺,并对柑橘籽类柠檬苦素对肿瘤细胞株抑制作用进行分析。结果表明柑橘籽类柠檬苦素萃取最佳工艺条件为萃取时间为18.8 min,萃取温度为188.3℃,物料粒径为71.3目(210μm),液料比值为23.3(mL/g)。而且类柠檬苦素对肿瘤细胞株有较强的抑制作用。The extraction technology and anti-tumor of limonoids from citrus seed were discussed. Limonoids from citrus seed was extracted by subcritical water, the optimum extraction conditions of limonoids from citrus seed were determined by re- sponse surface methodology, inbibitional effects of limonoids to cancer cell lines were analyzed. The optimum extraction con- ditions were as follows: extraction time was 18.8 min, the extraction temperature was 188.3 ℃, the particle size of the material was 71.3 meshes (210 μm), the ratio of solution and material was 23.3 (mL/g), and limonoids from citrus seed had strong inhibition effects on cancer cell lines.
