晚期胃癌患者生活质量及其影响因素300例调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析晚期胃癌患者生活质量及其影响因素。方法选择在我院诊治的胃癌晚期患者300例为调查对象,调查患者一般社会人口学资料、临床资料、生活质量、社会支持情况、医学应对、焦虑情况等,分析患者生活治疗有关的影响因素。结果疼痛程度、病理分期、营养状况、文化程度、有无并发症、应对方式、社会支持总分、焦虑是患者生活质量的主要影响因素(t=-4.427、-3.542、-5.301、3.271、2.873、-2.474、2.084、-2.079,P<0.01或<0.05)。结论晚期胃癌患者整体生活质量较低,而影响患者生活质量的因素主要有文化程度、病理分期、营养状况、并发症、疼痛程度、社会支持、医学应对、焦虑等。Objective To survey the quality of life of advanced gastric cancer and influencing factors. Methods Select ed 300 cases with advanced gastric cancer were surveyed about general social demographic data, clinical data, quali- ty of life, social support, medical coping modes, anxiety and so on. Results The main influencing factors of quality of life were pain degree, pathological staging, Nutritional status, degree of education, complications, total score of social support, anxiety （t = -4.427, -3.542, -5.301,3.271,2.873, -2.474,2.084, -2.079,P 〈 0.01 or 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Quality of life of advanced gastric cancer is bad.The main influencing factors of quality of life were pain degree, patho- logical staging, nutritional status, degree of education, complications, total score of social support, anxiety.
