滨海县2010～2012年农村妇女两癌筛查项目结果分析

摘　　要：目的提高农村妇女“两癌”的早诊早治率，降低死亡率，提高广大农村妇女健康水平。方法根据《中共中央国务院关于医药卫生体制改革的意见》和《国务院关于医药卫生体制改革近期重点实施方案（2010～2012年）》确定的重点工作，滨海县政府利用中央财政专项补助经费，在全县范围内免费为农村妇女进行“两癌”检查，统计筛查结果，最后比较和分析连续三年两癌筛查率变化情况。结果滨海县2010～2012年农村妇女乳腺癌检查9．0345万人，宫颈癌检查8．8242万人，随访过程中，乳腺癌治疗人数在三年时间内逐渐增多，分别为11例、26例、59例，乳腺癌筛查率（分别为3．63％、8．49％、20．03％）和宫颈癌筛查率（分别为2．0％、4．78％、8．99％）逐年升高。结论两癌筛查项目在我县的开展有利于提高农村妇女“两癌”的早诊早治率，降低死亡率，提高广大农村妇女健康水平。Objective To improve the early diagnosis rate and early treatment rate of two cancer for rural women, re- duce mortality and improve the level of the rural women＇s health. Methods According to Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Deepening the Health Care System Reform and Implementation Plan of State Council for the Recent Priorities of the Health Care System Reform （2010-2012）, Binhai government used the spe- cial financial subsidies to proceed free two cancer screening program for rural women in whole county, compared and analyzed the two cancer screening rate in continuous 3 years. Results Binhai county conducted 90345 cases of breast cancer screening and, 88 242 cases of cervical cancer screening for rural women in 2010-2012. During follow-up, the number of people received breast cancer treatment in 3 years were gradually increasing, and they were 11 cases,26 cases,59 cases respectively, breast cancer screening rate （3.63%,8.49%,20.03%） and cervical cancer screening rate （2.0%,4.78%,8.99%） were gradually increasing. Conclusion Two cancer screening program benefits the improvement of early diagnosis rate and early treatment rate, reduce mortality and improve the level of the rural women＇s health.
