球帽联合冠外附着体修复老年患者全口覆盖义齿的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的通过应用球帽联合冠外附着体对老年患者全口覆盖义齿修复,利用混合固位增强全口覆盖义牙的固位力,总结和分析病例,评价修复效果。方法收集80例老年患者单颌全口覆盖义齿运用球帽联合冠外附着体治疗,跟踪随访2年。结果随访观察表明,所有患者对联合义齿的固位、外观、稳定性及咀嚼效率满意,对比三组的满意度及咀嚼效率,均具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论球帽联合冠外附着体有利于提高义齿固位稳定,经济、方便,在老年人患者单颌全口覆盖义齿中具有临床实用价值。Objective To study the application of complete overdenture with ball-cap and extracoronal attachments. Methods Eighty cases were retrospective analyzed, which used single complete overdenture with ball-cap and extracoronal attachments in the elderly. Followed up these patients for 2 years,their treatment procedure and the effects were summarized. Results All patients were satisfied with the application of single complete overdenture with ball-cap and extracoronal attachments, and the differences of satisfaction and masticatory efficiency were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Ball-cap and extraeoronal attachments could provide adequate retention, support and esthetics improvement in single complete overdenture in the elderly.
