摘  要:目的探讨鼠神经生长因子对急性脑出血患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、S100B蛋白和髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)水平的影响及疗效观察。方法选择急性脑出血患者68例,随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均酌情给予控制颅内压、控制血压及血糖、营养脑细胞、止血等治疗。观察组患者加用鼠神经生长因子20μg肌肉注射,1次/d,连用2周。结果治疗2周后,两组患者血清NSE、S100B和MBP蛋白水平较治疗前均有明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组下降幅度与对照组比较更明显(P<0.05);同时观察组患者的临床总有效率明显高于对照组(χ2=6.48,P<0.05)。对照组和观察组治疗期间分别出现药物不良反应3例和5例,症状较轻,未发生严重的药物不良反应。两组患者药物不良反应发生率比较无明显统计学差异(χ2=0.14,P>0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子治疗急性脑出血的疗效确切,安全性较好,其作用机制与降低血清NSE、S100B和MBP蛋白水平密切相关。Objective To explore the influence and curative observation of mouse nerve growth factor on serum neu- ron-specific enolase (NSE), S100B protein and myelin basic protein (MBP) of acute cerebral hemorrhage patients. Methods A total of 68 cases of acute cerebral hemorrhage patients were selected and divided into observation group and control group at random. The patients in two groups were given symptomatic and supportive treatment like the control of intracranial pressure, blood pressure and blood sugar, brain cells nutrition, hemostasis and etc. Additionally, the patients in observation group were given mouse nerve growth factor (20 μg) by intramuscular injection one time dai- ly for two weeks. Results After two weeks' medical treatment, the serum NSE, S100 protein and MBP declined obvi- ously than before (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01), and the declining rate in observation group was much higher than that in control group (P 〈 0.05). Meanwhile, the total clinical efficiency of observation group was much higher than that control group (X2=6.48, P 〈 0.05). 3 and 5 cases of drug adverse reaction (DAR) appeared in control group and obser- vation group with light but not serious DAR during the medical treatment. After comparing the DAR occurrence rates during the medical treatment, no obvious statistical differences appeared (X2=0.14, P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Mouse nerve growth factor has reliable curative effect on acute cerebral hemorrhage patients with high security, whose mechanism of action has close effect on reducing the serum NSE, S100 protein and MBP levels.
