摘　　要：目的探讨Galectin-3和E-cadherin蛋白在胃癌中的表达及其意义。方法选择60例胃癌组织标本,采用免疫组化方法检测胃癌组织中Galectin-3和E-cadherin蛋白的表达情况,同时选择60例正常胃黏膜检测Galectin-3和E-cadherin蛋白的表达情况作为对照。结果胃癌组织Galectin-3阳性表达率高于正常胃黏膜组织(P<0.01),E-cadherin蛋白阳性表达率低于正常胃黏膜组织(P<0.01)。分化程度越高、浸润程度越浅、淋巴结无转移的胃癌组织E-cadherin蛋白阳性率越高(P<0.01)。浸润程度越深、淋巴结有转移的胃癌组织Galectin-3的阳性表达率越高(P<0.01)。结论胃癌组织中E-cadherin阳性表达率低于正常胃黏膜组织、Galectin-3的阳性表达率高于正常胃黏膜组织。E-cadherin的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关,而Galectin-3表达率与肿瘤的浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of the Galectin-3 and E-cadherin protein in gastric carcinoma. Methods Selected 60 cases of gastric carcinoma specimens by immunohistoehemistry to detect Galectin-3 and E-cadherin protein expression in gastric carcinoma. And 60 cases of normal gastric mucosa detection Galectin-3 and E-cadherin protein expression were selected as a control group. Results Gastric cancer tissues Galectin-3 expres- sion was high in normal gastric mucosa （P 〈 0.01）. E-eadherin protein positive expression rate was lower than the nor- mal gastric mucosa（P 〈 0.01）. The higher the degree of differentiation, the lighter the infiltration was, and the higher the E-cadherin protein positive rate of lymph node metastasis in gastric carcinoma were （P 〈 0.01）. Galectin-3 positive expression rate was higher of the deeper infiltration, lymph node metastasis in gastric carcinoma （P 〈 0.01）. Concluding gastric cancer tissue expression of E-eadherin-positive rate was less than normal gastric mucosa. Conclusion Galectin-3 expression was higher than that in normal gastric mucosa. E-cadherin expression relates to tumor differen- tiation, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, and Galectin-3 expression rate relates to depth of tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis.
