复方苦参注射液联合FOLFOX方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方苦参注射液联合化疗对晚期胃癌临床疗效及肿瘤标志物的影响。方法:将120例晚期胃癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组进行常规化疗:采用FOLFOX方案。观察组:在对照组化疗方案基础上,同时加用复方苦参注射液15 mL入0.9%NS250 mL静滴,每日1次,10 d为1个疗程。2～6个周期化疗进行疗效评价。结果:客观疗效,观察组和对照组有效率RR(CR+PR)分别为63.3%和43.1%,疾病控制率DCR(CR+PR+SD)分别为90%和74.1%,两组间有差异(P<0.05)。疼痛症状评估:观察组疼痛缓解率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。肿瘤标志物:治疗前两组患者三项肿瘤标记物水平无明显差异。对照组治疗后CA72-4较治疗前下降有统计学意义,CA19-9、CEA虽有下降趋势但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后三项指标较治疗前下降有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液配合化疗治疗晚期胃癌,能增强化疗疗效,缓解疼痛,降低肿瘤标志物指标等作用。Objective： To observe the effect of Compound Kushen Injection combined with chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer and tumor markers. Methods ： 120 cases of advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into observation group （60 cases） and control group （60 cases）. The control group only received FOLFOX scheme, while the observation group received FOLFOX scheme combined with Compound Kushen Injection. Compound Kushen Injection 15 mL was put into the 0.9% NS 250 mL for intravenous dripping every day, and 10 days was as a cycle. After 2 to 6 cycles of chemo- therapy, the effective rate would be evaluated. Results：The objective effective rates of the observation group and the control group RR （ CR ＋ PR） were 63.3% and 43.1% .and the disease control rates DCR （ CR ＋ PR ＋ SD＇） were 90% and 74.1%. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05）. Pain assessment ： the pain relief rate in obser- vation group was higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no significant difference on the leve! of three tumor markers between two groups＇ patients. CA72 -4 of the control group was decreased significantly after treatment. CA19 -9 and CEA although had been decreased but the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0. 05）. Three in- dexes of the observation group were decreased significantly after treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Compound Kushen Injection combined with chemotherapy can enhance the effect of chemotherapy, relieve pain,and reduce the level of tumor markers in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.
