摘　　要：目的 :提高鼻腔鼻窦恶黑的诊治水平。方法 :回顾分析 17例鼻腔鼻窦恶黑的临床资料 ,所有患者均行手术治疗 ,部分辅以放射及免疫疗法。结果 :15例获随访 ,12死亡 ,5年生存率为 17.6 %。结论 :本病发展快、预后差 ,临床早期诊断、及时治疗甚为重要。治疗主张采用综合疗法 ,即广泛、彻底切除肿瘤 ,并辅以放射或免疫疗法。Objective:To improve the diagnosis and treatment level of Malignant melanoma in nose.Methods:14 cases with Malignant melanoma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinues were reviewed.All patients were treated by surgical excision,operation only and the combined treatment(operation plus radiation or IL).Results:15(in 17)cases were followed up.12 patients died.The 5\|year surival rate for the whole series were 17 6%.Conclusions:Malignant melanoma of nose has rapid progress and poor prognosis,early detection and adequate surgical treatment are important.Combined treatment(operation and radiation)should be adopted.
