摘  要:为探明我国马铃薯产区主要病毒病的发生情况,采用RT-PCR技术对我国9个省、市16个马铃薯种植区的田间马铃薯病毒病发生情况进行了调查。结果表明:马铃薯Y病毒(PVY)检出率最高,达到94%,其次是马铃薯S病毒(PVS)和马铃薯A病毒(PVA),检出率分别为50%、44%。其中PVA在贵州省、PVS在河南省和吉林省的发生尚属首次报道。病毒复合侵染情况普遍,复合侵染率达81.3%。另外,对我国部分地区脱毒试管苗和脱毒种薯的带毒情况进行检测,结果表明:在脱毒试管苗中4种病毒均有检出,其中PVS检出率最高(22.2%),其次为马铃薯卷叶病毒(PL-RV)、PVY和PVA,但在脱毒种薯中未检出病毒。我国马铃薯田间病毒病发生普遍,且多为复合感染。In order to know the occurrence of potato viruses in some potato planting areas, the oc- currence of main potato viruses in 16 potato planting areas of 9 provinces in China was investiga- ted with RT-PCR technology. The results showed that the virus with the highest detection rate (94%) was PVY,followed by PVS and PVA with the detection rate of 50% and 44%,respective- ly. It was the first report for the occurrence of PVA in Guizhou province, and PVS in Henan province and Jilin province. The mixed infection of potato viruses was common and the infection efficiency was 81.3%. The viruses in virus-free plantlet in vitro and virus-free seed potato from partial regions were also detected. The results showed that four viruses were all detected in the virus- free plantlet in vitro, of which PVS had the highest detection rate (22.2%), followed by PLRV,PVY and PVA, but no virus was detected in the virus-free seed potato. Potato virus diseases are widespread in po- tato planting areas in China and the mixed infection of potato viruses is common.
