摘 要:针对飞机维修专业学生工程实践能力欠缺的问题,在飞机电气专业实践教学中,基于"故障假设法"开展飞机排故训练。在充分利用校内现有资源的基础上,通过假设飞机故障现象、分析故障原因、制定排故方案、具体操作测试等实践环节,学生既动脑又动手,实习积极性、参与性显著提高。实践结果表明,故障假设法的应用使基础理论与工程实践有机结合,学生不仅建立了飞机排故的基本理念,而且有效提升了工程实践能力。从2008级飞机电气专业160余名学生对该实习的评价看,学生认可度较高,反馈良好。Aiming at the problem that the students majored in aircraft maintenance lack of the engineering practice ability, the aircraft troubleshooting training is carried out based on the fault hypothesis method in the practical teaching of aircraft electrical major. By making full use of the existing intramural resources, the teacher assumes the aircraft fault phenomena, and the students analyze the causes of the trouble, establish the troubleshooting processes and then operate and test specifically. By these processes, the students think and act, and their enthusiasm and participating can be improved significantly. The practice teaching results show that the basic theory and engineering practice can be combined organically by applying the fault hypothesis method. The students not only establish the basic concepts of aircraft troubleshooting, but also improve the engineering practice ability effectively. More than one hundred and sixty students of Grade 2008 majored in aircraft electrical give high recognition and good feedback to the internship.
