摘　　要：高校实验室建设近年来得到了飞速发展,大型实验仪器设备增加迅速,实验室管理也步入了一个新的时代。为满足不断增长的科研需求,针对实验室建设发展不断地进行创新性管理模式的实践,在为教学和科研服务,尤其是提高仪器设备使用率和使用水平等方面取得了显著成效。In recent years, university laboratory construction has been improved dramatically, and with the quickly increased number of large-scale instruments and equipment, the laboratory management is moving into a new era. In order to meet the ever-rising standards of scientific research, lots of practices in innovative management modes in relation to laboratory construction development are made. And at last, the remarkable achievements in the part of teaching and science research service, especially in raising the utilization rate and operation level of equipment are obtained.
