高校专业实验室建设与管理模式探讨

摘　　要：从大学物理专业实验室的角度,分析了高校专业实验室在人员、仪器设备和环境等方面存在的诸多问题,并从资源整合和管理体制的改革2个方面探讨了合理地解决问题的措施和办法。提出了以人为本、以培养创新与实践型高素质人才为核心,推进专业实验室现代化、国际化、科学化的建设与管理模式,为专业实验室在培养大学生的创新能力、实践能力、敬业精神和科学素质等方面提供参考。The existing problems related with the personnel, devices and environment of the specialized laboratories are analyzed and summarized from the standpoint of the physics laboratory. The pertinent measures resolving those problems are explored based on the reforms on the management system and the integration and optimization of the resources. The advanced mode, focused on the cultivating the talents of high quality, is proposed to promote the people-oriented, modern, international and scientific development and management of the specialized laboratories. These proposals can offer the helpful experience in training the innovative and practical capabilities, professional dedication as well as the humanistic and scientific qualities.
