摘  要:目的:探讨住院患者对护患互动过程中心理赋能的理解和感受,分析影响患者心理赋能的因素。方法:以格拉泽传统扎根理论为指导原则,运用目的抽样与理论抽样,筛选我院13例住院患者进行半结构式深度访谈,进行现场录音,并转录成WORD文档,共7.3万字。结果:围绕研究问题提炼出两个核心主题:(1)护士和患者沟通时运用恰当技巧,患者获得与其疾病和健康有关知识、患者对护士的信任感、护士对患者的尊重和鼓励对患者心理赋能起增效作用。(2)患者对护士的不信任感,护患缺乏沟通,护士缺乏有效沟通技巧对患者心理赋能起减效作用。结论:在护患互动过程中,护患间沟通是否有效,技巧是否恰当和患者对护士的信任感是患者心理赋能的重要影响因素。Objective:To explore in patients'understanding and experiences of psychological empowerment in the patient - nurse interaction, and discuss related factors. Methods:A grounded theory was adopted for this study, used purposeful sampling incorporated with theoretical sampling, 13 hospitalized pa- tients in Xuanwu hospital in Beijing were conducted semi - structured in - depth interviews. All the interviews were recorded on digital recorders, and then transcribed into word documents which amounted to 73 thousand words. Results : Following data analyzed 2 themes emerged. Firstly, patients were empow- ered successfully, which included appropriate skills applied by nurses in nurse -patient encounter, disease- related and health -related information ac- quired by patients , the sense of trust in nurse, and respect and encouragement from nurses. Secondly, a theme of disempewerment was drawn, including two factors, which were eventually attributed to the sense of distrust in nurses and the absence of nurse -patient communication. Conclusion: In nurse -pa- tient encounter, important relevant factors for enhancing patient psychological empowerment was included that effective nurse - patient communication, ap- propriate communication skills and the sense of trust in nurses, which would guide the development and establishment of efficient psychological intervention to improve the sense of self- control and the sense of self- efficacy, and even change their behavior of patients.
