前列地尔注射液辅助治疗急性脑梗死的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察前列地尔注射液辅助治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效和不良反应。方法选择发病7天内的急性脑梗死患者108例,并随机分为治疗组和对照组各54例;对照组接受脑梗死常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予前列地尔注射液10μg,连续治疗15天;治疗前及治疗后第5、10、15天采用欧洲卒中量表评定患者神经功能,并观察治疗过程中的不良反应。结果两组在治疗后第10、15天与治疗前比较ESS评分均有明显增高(P<0.05);治疗组神经功能评分ESS在治疗后第10、15天与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组术后显效34例,有效14例,无效6例,总有效率(包括显效和有效)为88.9%优于对照组72.2%,差异有显著性(P<0.05),且在治疗过程中未发现特殊不良反应。结论应用前列地尔注射液辅助治疗急性脑梗死患者能较好的促进神经功能恢复。Objective Watch Alprostadil Injection auxiliary treatment of acute cerebral infarction clinical curative effect and adverse reaction.Method Choose within 7 days of the 108 patients with acute cerebral infarction,and divided into the treatment group and the control of 54;The control group accept cerebral infarction conventional treatments,the treatment group in the control group treatment based on Alprostadil Injection to 10μg,drops into the fight,1 time/day.Continuous treatment 15 d;Before and after treatment for 5,10,15 d USES Europe stroke scale assess patients neural function,and observed treatment process of adverse reactions.Result Two groups in treatment 10,15 d compared with before treatment,are obviously ESS score increased（P0.05）;The treatment group neurobehavioral scores in the treatment of 10,after ESS 15 d compared with controls（P0.05）;After 34 cases were markedly improved treatment group,effective in 14 cases,invalid in 6,the total effective rate（including powerfully and effective） is 88.9% better than control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）,and during the course of treatment was not found to special adverse reactions.Conclusion Alprostadil Injection auxiliary therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction can better promote neural function recovered.
