摘 要:目的探讨宫颈癌组织中Ku80和ATM(毛细血管扩张性共济失调症突变蛋白,ataxia telangiectasia mutated)表达与放射敏感性的关系。方法根据放疗疗效选择34例放射敏感与13例放射耐受的宫颈癌患者。采用免疫组织化学染色方法,对其放疗前癌组织进行Ku80和ATM蛋白检测。结果癌组织ATM蛋白的表达在敏感组和耐受组分别为50.0%(17/34)和84.6%(11/13),Ku80蛋白的表达在敏感组和耐受组分别为38.2%(13/34)和76.9%(10/13),耐受组均明显高于敏感组(P<0.05),但ATM和Ku80无显著相关性。结论宫颈癌Ku80或ATM蛋白的高表达可导致肿瘤对辐射的耐受。Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of Ku80 and ATM (ataxia telangiectasia mutated) in preradiotherapy tissue and radiosensitivity in human cervical carcinoma.Methods Cervical carcinomas of 47 cases were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into two groups according to the response to RT,the radiosensitive and radioresistant groups.The immunohistochemical staining was performed to detect the expression of Ku80 and ATM in pre-radiation tumous.Results Expression of ATM in tumor tissue of the radiosensitive and redioresistant groups were 50.0%(17/34) and 84.6%(11/13) respectively. Expression of Ku80 in tumor tissue of the radiosensitive and redioresistant groups were 38.2%(13/34) and 76.9%(10/13) respectively,the latter were significantly higher than the former(P 0.05).There is no remarkable relationship between ATM and Ku80.Conclusion The overexpression of Ku80 or ATM may leads to radioresistance of the tumor.It suggests that expression of Ku80 or ATM can be an useful predictor of the radiosensitivity in cervical carcinoma.They affect the rediosensitivity via different mechanics.
