紫杉醇脂质体每周给药联合吉西他滨治疗晚期乳腺癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察紫杉醇脂质体每周给药联合吉西他滨治疗晚期乳腺癌的疗效和不良反应。方法 36例晚期乳腺癌患者,采用紫杉醇脂质体80mg/m2,静滴,第1、8、15天;吉西他滨1g/m2,静滴,第1、8天;21天为1周期。结果 36例均可评价疗效,完全缓解(CR)2例(5.6%),部分缓解(PR)19例(52.8%),稳定(SD)8例(22.2%),进展(PD)7例(19.4%),总有效率(CR+PR)58.3%。中位肿瘤进展时间(TTP)7.8个月。中位生存时间(OS)19.0个月。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制、脱发、周围神经毒性。结论紫杉醇脂质体每周给药联合吉西他滨治疗晚期乳腺癌有效率较高,耐受性良好,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicities of weekly paclitaxel liposome combined with gemcitabine for metastatic breast cancer patients.Methods Thirty-six metastatic breast patients were recruited in this study.They were infused with paclitaxel liposome（80mg/m2）on day1,8,15,and gemcitabine（1g/m2）on day1,8.The combined chemotherapy was repeated every 21 days as one cycle.Results Of 36 patients,there were 2 complete（5.6%）,19 partial（52.8%）responses for an overall response rate of 58.3%.Eight cases remained stable（22.2%）and 7 progressive（19.4%）.The median time to progression was 7.8 months.The median survival time was 19.0 months.The main toxic reaction included bone marrow depression,alopecia and peripheral neurotoxicity.Conclusions The combination of weekly paclitaxel liposome and gemcitabine in patients with metastatic breast cancer show acceptable outcome and excellent toxic profiles.
