复方苦参注射液联合丝裂霉素治疗癌性胸腔积液的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方苦参注射液联合丝裂霉素治疗癌性胸腔积液的疗效、不良反应和生活质量。方法 120例癌性胸腔积液患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。治疗组患者给予复方苦参注液射联合丝裂霉素胸腔灌注治疗;对照组患者给予丝裂霉素胸腔灌注治疗。观察两组患者的疗效、生活质量(KPS评分)及不良反应。结果治疗组患者总有效率为81.7%,对照组患者总有效率为65.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者生活质量总有效率为86.7%,对照组患者生活质量总有效率为66.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者不良反应发生率为13.3%,对照组患者不良反应发生率为45%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液胸腔注入治疗癌性胸腔积液可提高疗效及患者生活质量,减少不良反应。Objective To observe the efficacy and adverse events and quality of life of the compound kushen injection combined with mitomycin treatment of malignand pleural effusion.Medthods 120 cases of malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 60 cases,the treatment group received the compound kushen injection shot of mitomycin intrapleural injection treatment;control group were treated with mitomycin pleural infusion therapy.To observe the efficacy of the two groups,the quality of life（KPS score） and adverse reactions.Results Treatment group,total effective rate was 81.7%;the efficacy of the control group the total efficiency of 65.0%,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Quality of life of the treatment group,the total effective rate was 86.7%;quality of life of the control group,the total effective rate of 66.7%,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Treatment group,incidence of adverse reactions was 13.3%,control group was 45.0% of the incidence of adverse reactions,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions Compound kushen injection chest inject the treatment of malignant pleural effusions may enhance the effectiveness and quality of life,reduce adverse reactions,is the ideal choice for the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.
