摘 要:丙烯酸废水COD浓度高,对微生物有毒性,导致丙烯酸废水厌氧处理系统容积负荷低、进水浓度低、稀释比大,厌氧反应器庞大,基建投资高,运营成本高、运行不稳定。为解决这些问题,实验引入生化性极好的糖蜜与丙烯酸废水混合共同作厌氧处理,实验结果表明,糖蜜的引入能将丙烯酸废水的厌氧处理负荷提升3倍,并保持90%以上的COD去除率,从而为丙烯酸废水生化处理开辟了一条新思路。Acrylic Wastewater has a high concentration of COD, and is toxic to microorganisms, which lead to a low volume load acrylic anaerobic in wastewater treatment system, low concentration of water penetration, high dilution ratio, huge infrastructure of anaerobic reactor, high investment, high operating costs and unstable operation. To solve these problems, molasses which is of excellent biodegradability was led into the acrylic wastewater anaerobic treatment system. Experimental results showed that processing load of acrylic anaerobic wastewater was increased by 3 times by the introduction of molasses, and the COD removal ratio stayed above 90%, which opened a new thinking for acrylic wastewater treatment.
