摘  要:随着研究生教育规模的扩大和博士研究生第一年超过一半时间都在上课的事实,课堂教学的质量和效率对保障博士研究生培养质量的作用正成为一个日益重要却一直被忽视的问题。以W大学这所研究型大学的全体博士研究生为研究对象,通过问卷调查了解了博士研究生对课堂教学总体情况、教学满意度以及教学管理部门3个方面的评价状况。研究发现:博士研究生对课堂的重视与失望并存;对课堂的规范性基本满意,但是具有层次性;与教学手段相比,更重视并希望教师在教学方法上进一步改进;对课程的投入时间不多,但这与客观上空闲时间多少的关系不大,而与主观感受有关;认同教学管理部门在参与博士研究生课堂教学评价中的正当性,但期望能够允许多元化的考核方式存在。基于这些研究发现,提出进一步规范课堂教学、完善对博士研究生课堂教学的评价体系建设以及合理设计课程体系等建议。With the expansion of graduate education and owing to the fact that doctoral students need to spend most of their time in the classroom in the first year, the quality and effectiveness of classroom instruction has played an increasingly important role in ensuring the quality of doctorial education. However, classroom teaching is often neglected in many universities. Based on a questionnaire survey of all the doctorial students in W University, the present study tries to show their overall judgment of classroom instruction and teaching management departments, and their satisfaction with teaching. The results show that: doctoral students are disappointed at classroom teaching while they attach importance to it; they are basically satisfied with normative teaching; they pay more attention to the improvement of teaching methods than to the teaching means; they do not spend enough time on courses before class, but it has something to do with their subjective perception rather than with the amount of free time they have; and they recognize the legitimacy of teaching management departments in- volved in doctoral classroom teaching evaluation, but expect that the departments will be allowed to have diversified ways in course assessment. Based on those research findings, we offer some suggestions such as making the classroom teaching more normative, developing more methods on the evaluation of doctoral students' classroom teaching and designing curriculum system rationally.
