摘　　要：介绍山东中茂圣源纸浆有限公司14MW磨浆机的自动控制系统。本系统采用西门子SIMATIC PCS7系统的全集成自动化控制方案,PLC集中控制,上位机集中显示。该系统操作简单、界面友好、运行稳定,提高了设备整体运行的可靠性、稳定性和准确性。This paper describes the automatic control system of the 14MW refiner which belongs to Shandong Zhongmao Shengyuan Pulp Co., Ltd. The system was equipped with the fully integrated automation solutions in Siemens, PLC for centralized control, and host computer for centralized display. The system has the advantages of simple operation, user-friendly interface and running stability, which improves the reliability, stability and accuracy of the refiner running.
