“三位一体”脑卒中社区康复模式及其效果的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨以综合医院、社区卫生服务站、患者及家庭成员或陪护人员配合参与的"三位一体"脑卒中社区康复模式及其效果。方法:选择出院后急性脑卒中患者,随机分社区康复组61例和对照组58例,接受不同模式康复治疗6个月,采用卒中量表(NIHSS)、Barthel指数评定康复效果。结果:两组患者接受不同模式的6个月康复治疗后,NIHSS量表评分、Barthel指数较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.05),社区康复组的改善效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以综合医院、社区卫生服务站、患者及家庭成员或陪护人员配合参与的"三位一体"脑卒中社区康复模式更有利于脑卒中患者的康复,值得尝试。Objective To investigate the effects of the new type of community rehabilitation model called trinity by general Hospital. community health stations .patients and their family members or nursing staffs. Methods 61 cerebral stroke patients in our hospital from 2010 to 2011 was randomly allocated to community rehabilitation group and 58 to control group, accept a different model of rehabilitation treatment for 6 months, use the stroke settle （ NIHSS ） and Barthel index for evaluation of rehabilitation effect. Results The stroke scale （ NIHSS ） and Barthel index compared with those before treatment were significantly improved （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After the two groups of pa- tients with different patterns of rehabilitation treatment 6 months. The group of community rehabilitation improved significantly better than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. Condusion The new type of community rehabilitation model called trinity by general hospital,Community Health Stations,patients and their family members or Nursing staffs is more conducive to the rehabilitation of stroke patients, is worth trying.
