整合素αV与β3在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨整合素αV、β3在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其与鼻咽癌发生发展的关系。方法采用免疫组化Supervision二步法检测106例鼻咽癌组织、26例鼻咽黏膜慢性炎症组织中整合素αV、β3的表达,分析其与鼻咽癌患者各临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 106例鼻咽癌组织中,整合素αV、β3表达阳性率分别为81.1%(86/106)、94.3%(100/106),26例鼻咽黏膜慢性炎症组织均无整合素αV、β3阳性表达(P<0.01)。整合素αV、β3表达与鼻咽癌临床分期、淋巴结转移和远处转移有关(P<0.05),与患者性别、年龄无关(P>0.05)。整合素αV与β3表达无相关性(P>0.05)。结论整合素αV、β3与鼻咽癌的发生、发展有密切关系,两者互相作用共同促进鼻咽癌的侵袭转移。Objective To investigate the expression of integrin alpha V and integrin beta 3 in the nasopha- ryngeal carcinoma （NPC） tissue and its relationship with the occurrence and development of NPC. Methods Immu- nohistochemical Supervision two-step method was used to evaluate the expression of integrin alpha V and integrin beta 3 in 106 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue and 26 cases of nasopharyngeal inflammation tissue. The relation- ship of integrin alpha V and integrin beta 3 expressions with clinicopathological features of NPC patients was analyzed. Results In 106 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue,the positive expression rates of integrin alpha V and inte- grin beta 3 were 81.1% （86/106）, 94.3 % （100/106） , respectively, there was no positive expression of integrin alpha V and integrin beta 3 could be observed in 26 cases of nasopharyngeal inflammation tissue （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The expres- sions of integfin alpha V and integrin beta 3 in NPC tissue correlated with clinical pathological stage,lymphatic metas- tasis and distant metastasis （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, but did not correlate with gender and age （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The expression of inte- grin alpha V had no correlation with that of integrin beta 3 （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The expressions of integrin al- pha V and integrin beta 3 closely correlate with the occurrence and development of NPC, their interaction may contrib- ute to the invasion and metastasis of NPC.
