测定海带中铁含量的准确方法

摘　　要：用分光光度法对海带中的铁含量进行了测定。方法简便、快速、准确。得出海带含铁量很高 :每克干海带含铁量为 1 .44mg。为进一步开发海带产品的医用价值提供了参考依据。In this paper, the content of iron in kelp was determined by spectrophotometry. The result of the experiment shows that the iron element in kelp is richer (1.44mg iron in one gram of dry kelp). It provides the theoretical basis for exploiting the medical value of kelp.
