糖尿病肾病终末期患者延续性护理需求与自我护理能力的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的了解糖尿病肾病终末期患者对延续性护理需求和自我护理能力情况,并探讨两者的相关性。方法采用自行设计的糖尿病肾病患者对延续性护理需求调查问卷和自我护理能力量表对46例行血液透析治疗的终末期糖尿病肾病患者进行调查分析。结果本组患者延续性护理需求总分(68.66±3.19)分,自我护理能力总分(85.34±3.93)分,两者呈负相关并有统计学意义(r=-0.190,P<0.05)。自我护理能力与专科护理、紧急救护、健康教育及需求总分呈负相关,自我责任感与专科护理、健康教育、需求总分呈正相关,自我概念与健康教育、心理社会支持、需求总分呈正相关。结论患者自我护理能力水平越低,对延续性护理的需求越高,患者自我责任感、自我概念越强对延续护理需求越高。Objective To understand the status of extended-care needs and self-care agency in patients with end stage diabetic nephropathy（ESDN）,and analyze their correlations.Methods A total of 46 patients with ESDN undergoing hemodialysis were recruited and investigated with Extended-Care Needs in Patients with ESDN Scale and The Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale（ESCA）.Results The score of extended-care needs was 68.66±3.19 and that of self-care agency 85.34＋3.93.There was a negative correlation between them（r=-0.190,P0.05） and among self-care skills,specific nursing,emergency care and health education.There was positive correlation among self-care responsibility,specific nursing and health education.Self-concept was positively correlated with health education,psychosocial support,total score of extended-care needs.Conclusion The lower patients’ selfcare agency is,the more extended-care needs are.The more powerful patients’ self-care responsibility and self-concept,the more extended-care needs.
