摘　　要：目的:分析内镜黏膜切除术(EMR)治疗消化道无蒂息肉的临床资料。方法:对95例消化道无蒂息肉患者采用EMR进行息肉切除治疗,标本送病理检查,观察疗效、近期及远期并发症和内镜随访。结果:所有病例均一次性完成切除,1例术后出血,经内镜下止血后好转,无穿孔等严重并发症。随访3个月至2年未见息肉复发。结论:EMR是治疗消化道无蒂息肉安全、有效的方法,同时可提供较为完整的病理标本。Objective： To analyze short-term and long-term clinical effect of mucosectomy（EMR） in treatment of digestive tract none-pedicel polyps,and to summarize operational experiences.Methods： 97 patients whose diagnosis were digestive tract none-pedicel polyps received endoscope mucosectomy（EMR）.All specimen after operation were sent to pathologic examination.Therapeutic effects,short-term and long term complications were observed,and endoscope follow-up were given.Results： All cases achieved one time excision,with one bleeding and one perforation after operation.No recurrence of polyps happened during the 3 months’to 2 years’clinical follow-up.Conclusions： EMR is a safe and effective method of treating digestive tract none-pedicel polyps,meanwhile it can provide rather integrated pathologic specimen.
