摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺治疗与氟西汀联用治疗对卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者抑郁情绪和认知功能的影响,为PSD的临床治疗提供更有效的途径。方法:将84例PSD患者分为氟西汀治疗组(A组)和针刺治疗与氟西汀联用治疗组(B组),在治疗前后分别对两组患者进行了抑郁量表(HAMD)评定和事件相关电位(ERP)测定,并将结果加以比较。结果:首次评定两组HAMD及ERP结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);12周后再次评定时,两组ERP中N2、P3波潜伏期较首次缩短,P3波幅升高,HAMD评定分值较首次降低,但B组改变更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺治疗与氟西汀联用可较好的改善脑卒中患者的抑郁情绪和认知功能,对促进其预后和康复有较高的临床价值。Objective： To explore effects of acupuncture combined with fluoxetine on depressive emotion and cognitive function for patients with post-stroke depression（PSD）,and find the effective way to diagnose and treat PSD.Methods： Eighty-four PSD patients were divided into fluoxetine treatment group（A group） and acupuncture combined with fluoxetine group（B group）.HAMD and ERP tests were used for the patients in the two groups before and after the treatment,and and the results were compared.Results： Before the treatment,there were no statistical significances between the two groups in HAMD and ERP results（P ＆gt; 0.05）.However,12 weeks after the treatment,latencies of N2 and P3 of ERP in the two groups decreased but P3 amplitude increased;HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;moreover,the changes of ERP and HAMD in B group were more significant than those in A group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P ＆lt; 0.01）.Conclusions： Acupuncture combined with fluoxetine therapy could significantly improve depressive emotion and cognitive function for PSD patients,and has an obvious clinical value to promote prognosis and convalescence.
