国外足球后备人才培养体系及其启示

摘　　要：对国外足球后备人才培养体系进行分析,认为国外培养体系可分为以学校足球为主和以职业俱乐部梯队为主的两种类型,足球水平较低的国家适合采用以学校足球为主的培养体系。从中得到启示:我国现阶段足球后备人才的培养必须建立以学校足球为主的培养体系,政府主导,注重社区足球和农村学校足球;发挥俱乐部的人才优势,大力推进学校和俱乐部的有机结合;建立和完善基层青少年竞赛体系,推行"周末联赛"。The author analyzed foreign reserve football talent cultivation systems,and put forward the following opinions： foreign reserve football talent cultivation systems can be divided into two types,namely,cultivation systems which base primarily on school football,and cultivation systems which base primarily on professional club teams;countries whose football performance is relatively poor should adopt a cultivation system which bases primarily on school football;foreign reserve football talent cultivation systems’ inspirations to Chinese reserve football talent cultivation are as follows： at this stage China must return to the cultivation system which bases primarily on school football;government guidance;focus on ＂community football＂ and ＂rural school football＂;exert club’s talent advantages;vigorously promote the organic combination of schools and clubs;establish and perfect a fundamental teenager competition system;implement ＂Weekend League＂.
